IP Portal
The Intended Parent portal is a view-only dashboard for the clients who fund the escrow account.
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The IP dashboard answers two questions at a glance:
- “What is my balance?” — prominent account balance card showing current escrow funds
- “Where is the case?” — case status card with current stage and case ID
Journey Timeline
Section titled “Journey Timeline”A visual timeline shows the full surrogacy journey from contract signing to birth:
- Completed milestones are marked
- The current stage is highlighted
- Upcoming milestones show what’s next
What IPs Cannot Do
Section titled “What IPs Cannot Do”IPs have no submission capabilities. They cannot:
- Submit disbursement requests
- Upload receipts
- Modify any case data
- Approve or reject anything
Their role is purely observational — transparency into where their money is and how the journey is progressing.
